Training approach

It is advised to commence with the Facilitation training (2 days). This will set the training framework and delegates will have the opportunity to exercise and enhance their facilitation skills during the remaining training.

The Facilitation training will be followed by Business analysis training (5 days) The first phase of the Business Analysis Training will be focused on alignment of the Business requirements to the Business case. Depending on the Company strategies, the Package availability, it may be required to follow :  New project development, Package acquisition and adoption, Minimum viable product, Change requests etc.

The Last training curriculum will be the Systems analysis and design training (3 days) ,  which logically follows the Business analysis phase.
